DSML E-SHOP Raffles

To enter the draw, we require a registered email address and valid shipping address before an order can be created.

Only one entry per person is allowed on any release and only your first entry will be registered - any subsequent entries will be ignored and anyone found placing multiple entries will be blacklisted from the final raffle. 

Once an order has been placed it can not be amended or cancelled.

Payment

A valid credit card is also required to verify each customer's identity, no money will be taken at the time of registering for a raffle, this is a fully secure £0 charge used only for verification. 

Successful entrants will be contacted by email within 2 hours of the raffle ending – this will contain an exclusive, one-use payment link for the product.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by both debit and credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and American Express.

All prices are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate which is 20%.

If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) this sales tax will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your order summary.

Please note that DSML E-FLASH has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.

Your Entry and Order (If Successful)

Entries are non-transferable. 

Entries will not be accepted after the specified end time stated online. Once this time passes we use our democratic raffle system to randomly pick winners. These winners will be contacted via email to complete the checkout for their selected size. You have 3 hours to complete the form, or the opportunity will be assigned to another customer.

Returns

You have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receiving the goods. To cancel your order, you will need to follow the procedure set out below within the fourteen days.

All items intended for return or exchange must have a Goods Return Number (GRN). Please contact e-shop@doverstreemarket.com should you wish to return an item.
