Payments

Payments are taken upfront in full at the point of placing the pre-order.

Shipping

Pre-ordered items are estimated to ship in January 2023. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

You may change your shipping address at any point until your order has shipped. Once your items are ready to ship, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any point until the items are ready to ship.

Returns

Our returns policy applies as normal. You have the legal right to return your order within fourteen days of receipt of the goods.
