Dover Street Market proudly presents the second edition of DSM “Jewellery Market”, an initiative spotlighting emerging creative jewellery talents from around the globe – showcasing the very best of the next generation of jewellery designers working today. In collaboration with a number of internationally renowned colleges, schools, and programs, 36 students and recent graduates have been invited to exhibit their work at DSM.
Polish-born Agnes Kolignan is a jewellery designer whose practice bridges fashion, craft, and contemporary adornment. After training in Fashion Print at Central Saint Martins and working with fashion houses including Balmain, Givenchy and Alexander McQueen, she turned to jewellery as a slower, more intuitive form of making. Now based between Lisbon and Florence, her work draws on historical amulets and devotional objects to create contemporary talismans that explore memory, protection, and belonging.
